KSR Performance provides cycling, triathlon and running performance services including coaching, 1-on-1 skills sessions, aero and lactate testing, bike fitting, custom 3D-printed components, and nutrition support delivered in collaboration with accredited dietitian partner Dani De Dietitian.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment for services must be made prior to or at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices may change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.
  • Payments may be processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).
  • You are responsible for ensuring payment details are accurate.

5. Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds

To respect our time and ensure fairness for all clients:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being forfeited with no refund.
  • Refunds may be issued only at our discretion and may be subject to administrative fees.
  • Weather-related disruptions for outdoor sessions will be rescheduled where possible.

If you need to cancel or modify a booking, please contact us directly.

6. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

Cycling, performance testing, and skills development involve inherent risks. By participating in any service offered by KSR Performance, you agree that:

  • You are medically fit to participate
  • You accept full responsibility for your health and safety
  • You understand the risks associated with cycling, training, and physical exertion
  • You will follow all instructions provided by our coaches and staff

KSR Performance is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues that may occur during or after our sessions.

7. Nutrition & Dietetics Disclaimer

Nutrition services provided through KSR Performance may include collaboration with external accredited practitioner Dani De Dietitian.
You acknowledge that:

  • Nutrition guidance is for general informational purposes
  • It is not medical or clinical advice
  • Individual results may vary
  • You should consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns

KSR Performance is not responsible for advice given directly by external dietitians or healthcare professionals.

8. Custom 3D Printed Components

For custom 3D carbon-printed components:

  • Products are printed using high-strength materials such as PPA-CF
  • Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur
  • Components must be installed and used correctly as per specifications and intended use
  • Misuse, improper installation, or modification may void any warranties
  • We are not liable for damage, falls, or injury resulting from incorrect use or installation

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, programs, product descriptions, and layout—is owned or licensed by KSR Performance.
